-----------------------MINUTES ---------------------------
Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

- Review of minutes for 14 Feb 2006

Minutes approved.

- Announcements - EIA Call for Patent Disclosure:

No company declared a patent.

- AR Review

AR: Mike update Jan 10 2006 minutes file
done

- Opens for new items

There have been many error messages from the freelists
server lately for both ibis-quality and ibis-macro.
We could use eda.org if freelists doesn't work out.

AR: Mike resolve mail list problems

Mike asked for s2ibis test case files that may be used by NCSU.
o Probably have to be a customer to get them.
o Maybe under NDA, but free distribution would not be allowed.
o Bob Ross has a simple buffer using level 3 transistors.
o Could ask silist.
o Micron has downloadable SPICE models.
o Could ship the top netlist file and reference the model.
  o Include version level data.
o Simple test cases are best.
o s2ibis3 should be open source
o sourceforge.net might host the code

Mike asked if the group should meet every 2 weeks instead of once a month.
This brought on discussion of if we should meet LESS often, not more.
We decided to meet again in 2 weeks.

Eckhard reported that Siemens will soon have a web page on how to
create better IBIS models.

- Review of proposed parser bug report for IQ 2.2 check

It needs to be specific about which [IBIS ver] would get this check.
It should be checked for all [IBIS ver] but at least 2.1 and up if
there are technical limitations making 1.x checks difficult.

AR: Mike will revise bug report

Mike asked if someone could test the testcase to insure that it
does demonstrate the "bug".

AR: Kim will test the testcase
